Berlin native Jay J. Poulin has been elected
HEB's new president. He succeeds firm founder Ed Bergeron at the
helm of the company. Poulin joined HEB as a civil
engineer in 2003, serving most recently as Vice President of Business
Development and Lead Civil Engineer. He oversees the firm’s public and private
civil engineering and land surveying services.
In addition to his duties at HEB, Poulin sits on several North Country
